Typically id agree with hitshade but whats the benefit of 2-3 pople of the same class such as mages if those people are doing mediocre damage?

Indeed, sadly the problem is raid utility and blizzards "bring the player" mantra isn't what its cracked up to be. We have ended up, quite often, in the unfortunate position of having to bring sub-par players to ensure we have all the buffs/utility we require.

Id love to bring him in and the offer for an invite stands. The raid position however, just cant be guaranteed at this time. Im not around all the time and there will inevitably be days I cant make it, or someone flakes and we need a filler. We also run some very badass HM pugs so there will always be something for him to do.

At this point, the decision is basically his to make.
