Prop 23's threat to the California dream

Gutting climate change law in California: Proposition 23, which is being marketed with millions of dollars from Koch Industries and Texas-based oil companies Valero and Tesoro, would suspend a landmark 2006 law that requires significant reductions in carbon dioxide emissions.

Proposition 23 would suspend all of those measures adopted to date, including CARB's low-carbon fuel standard, restrictions on high global warming potential refrigerants, increased landfill methane capture, SmartWay truck efficiency, tire pressure program, reduction of high global warming potential greenhouse gases in consumer products, ship electrification at ports, reduction of perfluorocarbons from the semiconductor industry, and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) reductions in non-utility and non-semiconductor applications.

Claremont Graduate University has no student or education record for an individual named Christine O'Donnell however her LinkedIn profile states she attended Claremont Graduate School. The news about Claremont comes after Greg Sargent uncovered today that O'Donnell was being "misleading" by listing University of Oxford under education on her LinkedIn profile, which she also never attended.

The "Education" field is totally misleading. It doesn't specify if it is for places you wish you could go to or places you've actually been. Also, there's no set standard for defining the word "attended". She went to a Hootie and the Blowfish concert in their stadium once and that totally should count.
