Its not lack of focus its lack of accountability, the second I call some people out they have 15 excuses as to why they fucked up, and they would rather blame OH ITS BORING than taking it for what it is, they are fucking up.

Its kind of the same thing if you ask me. Some people don't like being held accountable for their fuck ups and come up with a million excuses, but if those excuses include "its boring" then its clearly because they aren't focused on what they are doing. Which would imply to me they are lacking the focus required to do the fight and are too incompetent to recognize and take ownership of their own mistakes.

But WLPH doesn't lose focus. We also never succumb to RNG. Big Grin

I agree too, but I cant sit bitchers. I have to do my job which is bitch about fuck ups, but its not like thats all I do all night.

Indeed, but at least you usually point out how to correct the problem rather than just yelling about it for the sake of yelling about it.

Me on the other hand... If you suck, Im going to tell you how much you suck after the fight. Not during, when it will demoralize the whole fucking raid and serve no actual purpose. Most of my bitching generally serves no purpose, as while I contend that there are plenty of bads, I'm not in the business of telling them how to improve themselves. I spend all day helping, coaching and improving others irl. Like hell am I going to apply those skills in a video game... Im selfish and dont like to help those who cant help themselves. Especially when Im not getting paid to do it.

Which also serves to explain why I'll never give a dime to anyone still starving to death, drinking filthy water, living in a mud hut.
