21, Male, 60 days playtime on my Rogue, a total of 114 days playtime across all characters.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
Shadygaga - Demolition Warlock (this toon has a bit more ICC 25 experience than my Rogue does)
3. Armory link use this code only for your main since this code may be used just once per page!
Code:
[recruit loc="us,Mug'thol"]Grippo[/recruit]
4. WOL, WMO, WWS, etc. links and/or other clear indication of your performance in a raid:
I'm sure you're tired of the whole "lul sorry i don't haz one" thing, but it has been a long time since I have posted a WWS report, but I'll update this application as soon as possible with a proper report.
5. A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
<Templar Knights> 15/15 Naxx 12/14 Ulduar HM (Alliance guild of US - Mug'thol; Raider) - I left the guild and Faction Transferred due to a strong dislike for the Alliance side of my current server. Not for the people I raided with, mind you, more-so the overabundance of QC retards ruining my Wintergrasp and flooding my chat channels. The fact that a long-time member of the guild (another Rogue) had, at that time, made a return to the game and was itching for a raid spot sweetened the deal, and there wasn't any bad blood between the members and myself. Lothie, the guild master, would still vouch for me.
(TL;DR version: Faction transferred due to Alliance faggotry.)
<Relic> 5/5 ToC normal (Horde guild of US - Mug'thol; Raider) - My temporary home when I first came to the Horde. Though I got along well with most of the guild members, there was a strong division in the roster between raiders who, like myself, wanted to push harder and raid more frequently, and the members who basically couldn't be arsed to even show up for a single day of raiding. The more bloodthirsty members and myself staged a bit of a coup d'etat and /gquit en masse to form a new guild with higher standards.
(TL;DR version: The best of us told the worst of them to go collectively "fuck themselves" and formed a better guild.)
<Abandon Ship> 2/5 ToGC 25 (Horde guild of US - Mugthol; Officer) - This was the guild that I and the ex-Relic members formed. We absorbed a smaller 10-man guild called Hidden Power that (supposedly) had the same goals we did, and we began raiding ToGC 25. The guild lasted a maximum of a few weeks when most of us decided that it would be more fortuitous to go back to Heroic Ulduar 25 and finish the Drake achievements as a guild (ToC was a collective joke compared to Ulduar, so it seemed like the best idea at the time to establish ourselves), and that didn't sit very well with the members we absorbed from Hidden Power. In a grande show of irony, they mass /gquit on us, and several of our other members followed suite. With the guild crippled before we could really get started, we all decided to go our separate ways.
(TL;DR version: Guild formed, cool. HEY EVERYONE! LET'S GET DRAKES! Not cool. Massive QQ and ragequit ensues)
Since then, I've (sadly) neglected my rogue quite a bit while I leveled alts and tried to find out whether or not there was a class I preferred more than my own. Nothing has come close.
6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):

8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
Let's be perfectly honest here, my Rogue's current gear level and experience are a bit below what you are probably looking for. I blame myself for that, what with the terrible choices in guilds in the past and neglecting my rogue for such an extensive period of time, just to come back to it and hate myself for ever leaving him.
On the other hand, while I do lack the aforementioned things, what I'm offering to the guild is devotion, expertise, and an unwillingness to settle for second best as far as I myself am concerned.
When I'm not farming for some arbitrary something-or-other that boosts my DPS by 10 (every bit helps), I'm reading up on my class, current trends with Rogues, incoming changes, theorycraft discussion, and the like. For what little I do have to work with, I know not only what to gem and enchant for, but I also know WHY I'm gemming/enchanting for it.
-My gear needs work. Not like it's hard to come by anymore, and I'm willing to work for new shinies. And besides, there's an expansion looming.
-My experience list is lacking, yet I assure you that every fight I've been unfortunate enough to see so far, I still read the strategies, watch videos, learn tactics, just in case I ever do luck out and get to participate. I adapt to new situations on-the-fly, and I damn sure watch what I'm standing in.
If I weren't fully confident in my own potential, I sure as hell wouldn't be willing to drop everything to server AND faction transfer my characters to a place where I don't know a single person and have nowhere else to go should I fuck it up.
If you deny me now, I'm just going to spend every waking minute possible getting better in every respect so I can reapply another time.
