This guy Eagle-Eyed under Ulduar on the PTR, apparently that's where Yogg's Brain Room is. The first 2/3 of this video are pretty pointless if you've seen any pics of Ulduar already, but the last chunk is really interesting. The Brain Room is connected to four things- The hallway to get in, the SW throne room, the Chamber of Aspects, and The Shadow Vault. Speculation and a little common sense will tell you that either, A- the encounter's "madness" gimmick will involve those locations, B- the instance isn't done in this build of the game and those rooms are placeholders, or C- the guy is a photoshop pro. Discuss.

oh btw, there is a "Stormwindwing.wav" file added this patch, too. So those rooms being random placeholders is highly unlikely.

If you've ever done any real exploiting in your e-career, you'd know that once you charter into an un-instanced zone the game continually tries to register your location. What it does is sort through it's data-base based on the lowest registry numbers for your possible location. This is why if you die in the southern part of silithus you can only get to through Uldum, your ghost will appear in Westfall.

That being said the hunter shouldn't see said locations (btw I still refuse to call the entrance to Obsidian Sanctum as the Chamber of the Aspects because their is a real discrepancy here between the actual lore and that explained in game. ) Interestingly enough, two the places that were shown have some connectivity to the Black Dragonflight, and it was Yogg that was chiefly responsible for Neltharion's corruption. Perhaps upon his defeat, note, I do not say death, a short cut-scene will show the extent of his meddling in the world. All this is speculation though, and once my ptr patch stops being extremely non-heterosexual I'll make a point to validate these shots.

Yeah I have read a little into The Chamber of Aspects supposedly being so grand that even Alextrasza appears as a speck compared to its halls. I was under the impression that The Chamber was hidden away somewhere in Kalimdor, not in Northrend. Some people speculate that, yes, the place below Wyrmrest isn't the actual chamber, but merely an entrance created by the dragonflights to help us tiny mortals materialize its existence in a more manageable way. That, or the devs could just be lazy.

umm. I don't see how dying in un-instanced zones has any correlation to what the hunter saw. Ulduar is instanced and in the game. All he did was bypass the minimum security blizzard tried to set up so people couldn't explore all of it.

When that statement about the Chamber of Aspects was made, it was before the Sundering. There was no distinction between Kalimdor/Northrend/EK
