(100 more mp5 from my water shield and 195 more spell power from earthliving and since im an elixir master i always have a 4 hour 38mp5 flask)

5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. What is your raid experience
well i cleared everything but sunwell in BC but pre BC i didnt play much.. in WoLK i have cleared everything but 25man Maly (cham of the frozen waste)

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving
nameless was a top 10ish guild on darkiron, they were good pre WoLK but they leveled much to slow for my friends and i, and when we were ready to start progression they were still 72 so we had to find other sources for raiding.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday, if you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times
i have school and wow... during the week as long as i get to sleep before 2am ill be ok
(but if i have a redline i can stay up all night baby)

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are!
i am definetly the type of player that when i do somthing awsome im gona tell you about it
heal the tank to full when hes at 1%, heal 3 ppl that are frost blasted on KT and save them all, being most healing with least overhealing (impossible since i started raiding with Alesria, fucker makin me look bad)

I am only a clicker for things like pots, totems and hero. my addons include xperal, recount, atlas, titan bar, Call of elements, AZ cast bar, and will soon include de cursive after seeing how effective it was.

i have Vent and a Mic and i wouldnt play this game if it wasnt for it

i prepare for raids by:
1. making my flask and pots
2. repairing to 100%
3 taking off my pants and throwing on my sham class shirt

well i have 2109 spellpower, 525 haste, and 21.99 crit unbuffed so i dont see what else to get besides more mana back .
int is good too but the way i see it is. big heals = over heals, more fast heals = more ppl healed- less ppl die.

I appreciate the thorough and complete application firstly.

I'll start with your performance according to those WWS, since that is all I currently have to evaluate. None of your deaths are to anything dumb, your healing focus is about average for a shaman, you used your cool downs often, however your HPS is much lower than I'd expect from a Shaman. I'd have to be in a raid with you and see how you handle assignments and fare against our other resto shammys to get a better analysis of your performance.

As for your gear
helmet: the insightful earthseige meta is by far, hands down, the undisputed best meta for any healer.
Shoulders: NO ENCHANT?!
Cloak: NO ENCHANT?!
Bracers: Cheap enchant
Belt: 5mp5 gem?!
Legs: ROFLMGDAO?! SPIRIT?! and the cheap spirit leg enchant at that

Overall I'd say your itemizing for mp5 too much, the spirit leg enchant is comedic, the unechanted and/or cheap gear is unacceptable, and your meta is a horrible choice. With replenishment up 90% of the time intellect actually provides more longevity than mp5 until about seven minutes into a fight then the initial mana from intellect is outweighed by mp5.

Your gear and application are good, I'd have to get a better idea of your performance and see where we are at in guild with resto shaman before making a decision to recruit you or not. I appreciate your application and interest in WLPH.

Exactly and even at that intellect is superior to mp5 in almost ever scenario with a replenishment buff, so if you are going to itemize for longevity (only if you're having mana issues) itemize intellect rather than mp5.
