I wanted to start raiding again in Cata and I was wondering if you guys needed any of the classes I have. I can transfer a hunter,pally,priest, or lock.

If you want to raid with us again, then yes transfer. When cata hits its gonna be a shitbin of 200 friends ranks leveling. As long as you are good you will probably get a spot.

Competition for raid spots is gonna be pretty stiff. Everyone and their Uncle is gonna want to raid the begining of an expansion. If you're good and can earn your spot, then transfer. If not, and if you're not content rading the B Team group, then I'd stay where you are.

I'd like to take the time and respond to this often used response thats usually in the recruitment forum. This is bullshit and you guys know it. There have been plenty of raiders that have been garbage and linger in raids due to one or more officers liking them for other than performance. There have also been well performing players with indifferent/negative attitudes that don't get invited.

Friends, especially epoons, are desired over quality and its probably why this guild fails like it does.

sanders ... if some one only is just online of course they arent going to get an invite, if your online talking with main raiders/cls/officers at other times besides raids your chances just INFITUBPILED compared to the random friends rank online at raid time. Then not sucking keeps you in,

while there are some retards that keep spots just because of their class there is nothing that can really be done
