To raid or not to raid.

So, there were a handful of raiders online and ready to go last night. There was also a considerable chunk who where no where to be found. Holiday's over and as far as I know, Tuesday is still a raid night.


To those who were no where to be found:

I think that we may have given people the impression when we called off 25 man that we were done until after the new year. I think what happened is we said "We're done until after the holidays" and did not clarify whether that meant Christmas or New Years. To be honest, I wasn't entirely sure what our plan was myself. And if I wasn't sure what was going on, it's entirely possible many other raiders were confused as well.

That said, we are not going to try to salvage 25 mans this week. Be here starting next Tuesday for hardcore 25 man raiding of kick ass fury and glory.

We have one 10 man that is already going strong, and from what I understand Bosshole is set to do their thing as well. There is, without doubt, players left to make another very good 10 man for this week. Someone just needs to step up and take charge of leading it. The loot's the same, people! So every piece of 10 man gear you get is one less piece you'll have to spend DKP on later!

Go forth and kill some bosses!

So, there you go. A full, very good, raid with some alternates thrown in there for good measure. And that's just off the top of my head. I'm sure there's decently geared people that I've forgotten that are more than qualified. All that needs to be done is one of the people on this list needs to send out a calendar event to everyone else and you're done.

We're raiding 25 man 01/04/2011 whatever we are short on we will recruit and replace anybody at that point, unless they have posted and/or informed an officer as to their absence. There is an in-game calendar invite that was also made and everybody who intends to raid with us should be invited to.

I also anticipate that all 9/12, so all encounters excluding the end bosses of each raid, won't need to be explained in detail and all players have either done them on 10 man or read guides and/or watched videos on them.

In other words we're clearing 9/12 in 25 man 01/04/2011 and 01/05/2011 then we will start working on the end bosses! Show the fuck up, prepared! :dance:
