1. Your age, gender, and time played:
21, Male, 121 Days
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
Warlock - Mainly Afflic or Destro, I can pull off Demo, but probably a bit rusty with that one.
Currently have no alts that are "raid-ready". There is a Holy Paladin and a Resto Shaman in the making though.

4. WOL, WMO, WWS, etc. links and/or other clear indication of your performance in a raid:
Since it's a fresh expansion, the following WoL was the only one I could dig up where I was actually in a solid group that killed stuff. But I feel my performance wasn't completely ideal within it either, my DoT uptimes could've been and should've been higher. I will also mention that I understand I was still using Wrath Flasks/Potions in the logs because Cata ones weren't heavily mandatory in Brethren at the time, I will however adjust to whatever expectations WLPH has in regards to raid consumables.

5. A history of your previous guild(s)/server(s), their progression, your rank and responsibilities in the guild, and reason(s) for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
Saga - I raided mostly normal ICC with them, rose to an Officer after about 5 months, but left mainly because of lack of progression and them not being able to always raid 25 man at the time.
Brethren - Stepped into HM ICC with them, helped out with recruitment as a Raider, did 11/12 HM with them. Left due to "my goals of pushing progression not in line with the guild's goals", there's quite a long story there that I just won't type out here, but the parting was due to buildup of disagreements with certain officer decisions.
6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday through Thursday, during progression we will raid Sunday and Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
You can safely make that assumption without making an ass of you or me.
7. Post a screen shot of your UI and/or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding?

Only thing not visible is DBM. It's there, and spell timers are clearly visible.
8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I am a RL friend of Thirdimpact, who as I believe, does not raids with you guys at the moment. I was and still am a good friend of Aprus. They both recommended that I should consider joining WLPH upon me leaving Brethren. They said you were a good bunch and you tend to take your raiding seriously. I am currently mainly interested in raiding 25, which also made WLPH an appealing choice. That and I was also in one of three weeks of Light of Dawn LK runs, and I enjoyed the atmosphere (even if the group wasn't entirely WLPH).
