I have only 1 85 at the moment, and plan on focusing on being one of the top enhancement shamans on the server. I will continue to educate the public how to play enhance.

The Panic Attacks - Well at the time the guild was dying so we left.
You Must Be Critting Me - O yea you know this lol, They all left server or went to WHAR LEWTZ i think- R.I.P
Horde On Phonics - Many players left to different guilds for cataclysm
DPS - They booted my wife over some new players who aren't even any good, so i left also
You can ask any officer of DPS about me, and you can much pretty much ask anyone who is anyone horde side.

8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
Basically horde side Scilla doesnt have many options and were (my wife and I) looking for a top progression guild. Im looking for a top end raid competitive spot. I want to be challenged for my spot, I need to be pushed by players better than I. I feel the guilds I have been in lately have not pushed me as a player. Whar Lewtz was trying to recruit me and other players from Horde On Phonics back in ICC when I use to heal. So its time to quit fucking around with these nerds and step up.

Your the first app in nearly a month, gears good, spec is good, experience is good, enchants and gems are a pass, etc. and we need a shaman and a lock so PST any officer for a guild invite anytime.

I also hope you and your wife aren't "one of those combo deal defend each other to the grave attached at the hip even if you suck and fuck up and can't take criticism or a joke couples."

There are a few minor issues with gems/enchants on your gear. Your cloak and gloves are not reforged, and you're using a hit/mastery gem and three blue hit gems. I understand wanting to be as close to hit cap as possible, but it is always better to gem Primary stats over Secondary stats, and reforge to gain the secondary stats you need. You could switch your glue 40 hit gems to agi/hit in blue sockets, then your relic into a 40 agi. Then reforge the crit on your cloak into Hit and you should be right around the spell hit cap.

I'd highly suggest you run the stoneclaw totem glyph over hex. There's no fight that requires you to CC, and the 16k shield has a use on every single fight. It's a small ammount of dmg but an ammount healers don't have to heal. And with as many free globals as we have as enhance you have plenty of times to drop it when you know dmg is incoming without lowering your dps.

I ran your sim and the dmg you're showing on your logs is a bit on the low side for the gear you have, though I am aware it's hard to judge from logs alone. Just something to be aware of. I'll look at your breakdown in more detail later on.

I'll assume you're specced into reverb for the sake of interupts. TBH It's not really needed for anything except running double sham on omnotron, and makes it easier on Cho'gall if you have slight lag. It's not a MAJOR dps loss to spec into it but a loss nonetheless.

All this being said if you're confident in your abilities as a player and are wiling to listen a change a few minor things I don't see any reason why he shuldn't be trialed.

definitely, the change is made. See someone looking from the outside in. The critism is hard to find, as many enhance shamans are fucking terrible, or there arent that many to start with. So the suggestions from a guild as your self are much appreciated. As EnhSim is not 100% accurate, The overall log was low or an individual fight was low? i sub many fights for new recruits. Btw if you need me to respec for any reason, its done. Already speced into revered. Either way excellent advice thank you.

I armory the latest few replies in the EJ 4.0.6 Enhancement thread and see if his armory is a couple points of identical, exalted with Therazane, raiding profession shit, and pass Playerscore. I'm sure your analysis is more critical as I really don't have the knowledge of Shaman to delve further into the app, but I find it acceptable and am glad Snowzz is taking your advice and not easily offended, theeenx.
