16, Male and I have played for 3 1/2 years now.

I have but one spec, (DPS), and a level 18 alt. A druid.

I have really no idea how I should come about this question, but my performance in a raid is exceptional, I pull my weight in DPS and I can easily learn a fight.

Destiny Cries. Their progression is the first 4 bosses of BoT. My rank in the guild was raider, and I raided. I am leaving because I acquired a new job that only allows me to raid on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday and Wednesday, during progression we will raid Sunday and/or Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated, if you can’t make these times please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): I can't make it to Monday, that is the only day.

Why chose me? Well I am well adapted to new surroundings, I can easily fit in. I can be funny and serious. It all depends on the situation. I love being on vent and my passion is raiding. Chose me because I can be a big part in guild events, I can pull my weight in DPS undoubtedly, I'm not one of those Death Knights that is just in it for the level 55, I play one because I love them.

you are supposed to provide links to a world of logs recap of a night of raiding which would show your performance and dps numbers


after checking your armory you are wearing a leather belt and not wearing a rep tabbard that has an epic belt

you are losing nearly 200 str for wearing the leather belt... GET IT TOGETHER

you have almost no experience this expansion as far as pve is concerned you are wearing mostly blues. I wouldnt suggest you for our main raid but the alt run and weekend shit would suit you im sure.

While we arent UNIVERSE top 10 guild atm we do not want to be carrying someone through weeks of content just to bring them up to par gear wise when we have no real grasp of your actual ability. If you can some how manage to make a large enough impression in the alt runs you might get a raid spot eventually.

also it appears that you're herbalism / alch, although previously you were inscription. While you currently technically have the benefits from inscription, when you get epic shoulders, you will lose it and you are hated by therazane for a replacement shoulder enchant. How do you plan on combating that?

Also, I'm confused how you were on raider status, yet you're 1/12 normal modes.

Absolutely no chance of main raid, but feel free to message someone for a friends rank invite. You'll probably get a spot in an alt 10 man, although those aren't really scheduled atm and happen @ random it seems.

Definitely not ready for our main raids given your experience, gear, stats, etc. are all lacking.

You should have Virulence, be hit and expertise capped, have Rune of the Fallen Crusader on your OH, use the strength not agility meta gem, be wearing all plate gear, etc..

Thanks for the help and critique! I will defiantly work on some better gear and enchantment for the future. I'm glad to have someone point out my flaws to correct, it's better to know now rather than feeling like an idiot in the future.

I will begin working on getting the steps needed to become geared, enchanted and suited. I will do some research on what I need to get and how I will.

Yeah. Not gonna lie though. As is, I'm not even sure I'd want him in the alt run. We at least make up for our gear with experience. Besides just the experience, he clearly seems to be entirely missing some of the fundamentals of the game.

Even if you know nothing of the game, just opening your own armory will spell out three huge mistakes you're making. I mean, it literally has in writing:

3 empty glyph slots
1 unenchanted item
1 non-Plate item

How can you not address this?

These are the kinds of things that should be taken care of looooong before you try to app to any guild. To say nothing about playing this way in the first place.
