well my old setup was some Q###, 5770, and 8gigs of ddr2, and my wow experience was "ok", i think my cpu bottle necked the gpu. As for playing wow only? no? i had crysis, cod, and other pc games. and i feel an upgrade at this time would be great , but i hate nvidia. The one nvidia card i owned, "GT9600" pos over heated every 40 seconds and turned off mid raid. So im deffinitly a huge fan of ATI and XFX. but what does the GTX260 compare to? thanks mini ive deff had to change my mind a little

Nvidia are great... I use ATI because my motherboard dictated it, and i wanted my motherboard... also XFX is da shiznit. .... ati and nvidia are neck to neck in performance, support, well, thats mebe another story...

The GTX 560 Ti and HD 6950 are the $200-$250 bracket GPUs currently, I wouldn't spend more than $150 on a GTX 460.
