Spring cleaning of ranks

We performed a spring cleaning of ranks and halved the amount of people with officer chat since its usefulness was deteriorating. These are the current ranks and if you feel you should have officer chat then convince Abe or a ROFLCER why you should and we'll probably promote you. We also removed most players without guild notes and if we kicked your sibling in law's cousin's mistress ask for them to be invited again and make sure they have a guild note. Theeenx.

KING: Abe
FAG RANK
SPIC RANK
MONDAY RANK
ROFLCER: Class leaders, officers, raiders who do assignments, lead raids, do invites, etc. that don't feel privileged enough to have their own rank
CAN SEE O CHAT: Raiders that constructively contribute to officer chat and long time WLPH pals that like wrestling and Metallica
RAIDER: Active raiders who don’t want to listen to officer chat circle jerks
TRIAL BY FIRE: Applicants/trials
FRIEND ISLAND: Friends, family, epoon, trade chat randoms, and long time WLPH pals that dislike wrestling and Metallica

I wanted to keep people that have no notes that were the bottom rank. We should have a rule that if you're above the bottom rank with no notes its bad.

We need a rank for raiders that fuck up and can be demoted to no guild repairs for a raid.

That's a fine idea. The only problem is that you would have to make it so that only CL and above could Promote/Demote, which is kind of a pain if O-Chat rank can invite, but not promote.

No note = gkick. This is an old law and cannot be changed. Sorry. Can't fight City Hall.
