No one will deny that the biggest fuckup monday was disconnects, we had a lot of shit flying cause everyone thinks he is a fucking IT genius with the solution, both in the side with ppl that don't disconnect and on the side that do. The reality is, people disconnecting should do
everything in their power to improve the situation, and that goes from disabling all but really necesary mods to getting a torch and pitchfork and marching to their ISP offices.
Not everyone has the knowledge, or ability to solve these problems but they should try. Buy a long cable to avoid using wireless, reduce your settings, use Leatrix net fix, I don't care but do something. We can't exactly give network tech support to everyone by forum posts or ingame chat but I'm sure you can get a friend that knows some of this stuff to at least check your setup and see if something can be improved in your end.

We faggots in O chat hear and correct when we need to. If we have our strategy down and key people are disconnecting constantly we move those roles to stable and capable people (see: moving furly as backup interrupts when it was apparent there was a connection problem, see: switching sedatted when it was obvious he too couldn't handle the primary interrupt).
We can't change strategy every fucking attempt and specially when the problem was something that has nothing to do with the strategy itself. Hell, only switching to attempts where we didn't push crackles in p1 was enough trouble for some people to adjust.

During the average raid you annoy most if not every single one of the raiders in one way or another, you spew and shout bullshit in vent equivalent or greater than the bullshit you just typed in this paragraph. Maybe, (and thats a big MAYBE) you do have a hidden good intention but the reality is the way you shout and communicate yourself in verbal fashion is equivalent to a 4 year old pulling a trantum. You can bet your ass we won't lsiten to you, mostly because 70% of the people in vent have you muted, but also because we are tired of dealing with your childish behaviour.

Between the frustration of hitting the brick wall and the lack of interest in some people to correct a mistake the overall atmosphere has turned quite harsh. I do agree we could improve on the way we are communicating (thats the whole group of us faggots in O chat), specially the raid leaders because the shouting will only make things worse. The problem is a lot of this shouting comes after frustration reaches its limit.
I think we have a lot of good players, sadly I think several just don't care enough when raiding. People that are probably watching tv, reading a book ,chatting on msn, and talking on the phone and just don't give a fuck about being distracted on fights that do require all your attention. This is what pisses us off, we can all understand making one mistake, every single fucking one of us has made them, we just ask you to FOCUS and learn from it and to avoid doing it again.
When we see shit like someone going to the wrong pillar for the 3rd or 4rd time what the fuck are we supposed to think? You can't possibly expect not to be shouted at if you are fucking it so badly. If you have trouble noticing some parts of a fight get a fucking mod to emphasize that shit. Between DBM/Big Wigs and Power auras you can make your screen practically yell at you when you need to be yelled.
Like Abe said, it may seem we are trying to make you cry when you fuck up, but its just the way a WLPH is, man up to your fuck ups and if you don't know what to do to correct or improve just fucking ask.
