If someone’s making fun of you (or your wife) you can laugh along, ignore it, make fun of them back or GTFO. If someone’s DCing the officers will decide to replace them, try to play through it or call the raid. These are the solutions to the problems. Getting on the forums and bitching about them solves nothing.

I honestly don’t know what happened last night to turn you all into whiney bitches, but last week was a great week. We had a full raid that lasted through the full 4 hours every single fucking night. We even had a couple people on WL most of the time. We struggled with V&T and in the end opted to push progression instead. There’s nothing wrong with that. Not counting last night, we were making steady progress on Nef. Our best was what, like 25%? We’re one solid night away from a kill.

I wasn’t there, so this is just supposition, but it sounds to me like last night’s raid should have been called early as opposed to driving everyone’s faces into the ground. This is something that I feel we do too often. We want to push progression and force the raid to continue in bad conditions (not enough players, not enough good players, chronic DC issues, etc). Instead, we should just realize it’s not going to happen and either call raid or go do something easier.

also, some females are sometimes treated unfairly in wlph. i don't think that's a particularly good thing, but it is what it is. you just have to decide whether you are getting shit on because you are female or because you actually did something dumb and respond by either rolling your eyes and telling them to stfu or fixing it

We can't change strategy every fucking attempt and specially when the problem was something that has nothing to do with the strategy itself.

Most suggestions I make at least pertain to stream lining our attempts to provide the greatest amount of leeway possible for the rest of the fight. I, at least, am not asking for a major change attempt to attempt but slight alterations to be more efficient shouldn't be looked over just because I suggest them.

during progression right after a wipe if I open my mic its usually to ask a question pertaining to a reason we wiped. If I ask if we can prevent something or why it happened Im not looking to humiliate the person who misstepped Im asking so that I can try to shed light on why the mistake happened.

I also do this so I can avoid the mistake, so that others can avoid the mistake, and so that we can get past wiping for hours a night.

I realize my average comment on vent has little to no significance but saying something like this is just belittling my contribution to wlph since sunwell.

Maybe, (and thats a big MAYBE) you do have a hidden good intention but the reality is the way you shout and communicate yourself in verbal fashion is equivalent to a 4 year old pulling a trantum. You can bet your ass we won't lsiten to you, mostly because 70% of the people in vent have you muted, but also because we are tired of dealing with your childish behaviour.

My childish behavior only reaches the surface when my calm collected approach is disregarded for the 10th time of the night. Once again, this only rings true on progression fights and when there is a somber stoic mood on vent.

Last nights raid was just another common progression night. It was filled with disconnects, lawler going afk for dinner mid attempt, people mercilessly slaughtering their allies, abec wiping us all night, and firecrest missing from raid(as usual). With the new system of limited o chat, and me not being privileged to see it, just brings to light an issue that has and will plague many guilds and communities. The disconnect between officers and raiders is a large seemingly impossible obstacle. I have gotten increasingly frustrated with the lack of response I receive when I try to contribute positively to raid, along with the illusion we are not improving beyond, O hey look we didnt fuck up that simple mechanic and now we are into the next phase. SO I POSTED FOUR PARAGRAPHS BECAUSE FUCK YOU


To finish off this tirade of bitching and moaning, If any of you complaining about them have ever had chronic dc syndrome you would know its not fucking fun and that you have probably already done everything in your power to avoid it.

they are treated the same as the men, the men just can withstand more punishment and know how to return it
