Anyway...my typing is shitty atm.. typing on a half closed laptop since it can't open all the way. Biggest thing for me is the constant need to respond back. We all fuck up. I hate being the cause of a raid wipe as much as the next, but I'm willing to say "fuck im sry.. ill fix it" every single time I do it. If I don't know what I did wrong or I don't know how to fix it, I ask. Immediately.

Another side of that issue. If no one fucked up, we need to change our strat. i.e. "how did you die abe?" = who fucked up. I don't really care if someone messed up, but if everyone did their job correctly then we need to make raid adjustments. The sooner you say "it was me, sry" is the sooner we can move on.

I agree, four healers can keep the add tank up when the adds are kited well and the tank is using cool downs appropriately to about 25-30 stacks but after that healers can't possibly keep up, we already are overcompensating since we’re having to heal the raid more than we need to due to the excessive spell damage the raid takes. Like Abe said this is a survival fight where everybody has to minimize their damage taken and not depend on healers alone to keep them alive.

On a side note, we're using what we have for now, and it would be great to get quality recruits with stable connections!
