5mans are the most imbalanced way to judge dps. Any retard is going to do 20k dps when they can have cds active for a majority of a fight. Especially hunters from wut i've seen.

This shit doesn't matter anyways, we need people that don't dc and he failed that seconds into his first raid with us

... why in the fuck would any one think it would be ok to run some random person through our main raid and sit 2 raiders if nobody who knows anything about that class gave them a thumbs up?

Sorry you weren't brought in to the decision making. Was a snap call made because we needed a hunter for heroic Nef attempts. While I'm glad that you show up most of the time when called, who knows when you're going to leave again mid raid or not post your availability? "Sorry guys, lasagna" *afk 50 minutes* . "Sorry guys, BLT's" *afk 30 minutes* "How dare you talk shit about something random (sry can't remember what stupid thing krynn said 1 sentence about)" *leave for the next 3 hours of raid*

idk how the invite to raid process went about.. but yes, people are going to be sat. Slightly over-strength is ideal, unless we're going to start kicking people who don't have 95% attendance (cya 3/4 of the guild). That means trialling people. That means sitting people on occasion (when everyone decides to show up). The only better solution than what we currently do with sitting people, is that I think we should be rotating them between bosses. Also, the best trial process for when we need to sit people is to bring them in and have them do an important role. So, bring a trial dk in and have him kite the adds on magmaw. Bring a trial melee in and have them interrupt on any interrupt-heavy fight. Bring a trial hunter in and have them trap on Omnitron. etc, etc, etc.

Side note: I personally don't want you to be replaced lawler, but it would be nice if you were a little more dependable. Ya.. coming from the guy who is going to be gone for most of the month. But I'm fully expecting to be replaced in the meantime and have tried to help that process.
