Thanks for contacting us. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to reach you while you were online.

The game currently has a system where you can regain your guild rep as long as you rejoin within 30 days of leaving. Unfortunetely if you join another guild during this time, you will not gain the rep back and will need to get it back manually. I'm sorry to say this, but the GM staff does not provide the service of restoring guild rep. Sorry for this inconvenience. : /

What does the “Answered” status mean?
- A ticket in “Answered” status means that a Customer Support representative has provided an answer to your ticket.

What can I do next?
- You can click “Need More Help” in-game, after you view the in-game response.
- Or, you can choose the “I still have a problem” option on the ticket detail page. Please note that if you choose this option, your in-game ticket will be converted into a web ticket. It will no longer be viewable in game, but will be visible on the Blizzard Customer Support web site instead.

I was called a guild hopper pre-BC... apparently not accepting people's mediocrity and gquitting constitutes as guild hopping....This all ended when I joined DreamWhisper though.... I really should buy an umbrella...

You keep your mount. I believe you lose Mass Rez, extended flasks and all the other guild perks until you hit Honored.

It's kinda funny that our GM is only "Friendly" with our guild.
