--I was in Pandemic, went 11/12 in heroic I was a raider , always dps sometimes heal if holy pallys didnt show up. I left after they got to many rets (4). Atmosphere was my other and most recent guild. 6/7 firelands i was a R%U (raider) i dps'd / healed if healers didnt show up. I left thinking I had a spot in another guild. Altarion would be my only contact on stonemaul

It is required you use the best gems and get the best enchants on your gear; endgame raiders should not have any cheap gems, cheap or no enchants, and/or incorrect stats for your class. In addition you must have two raiding professions leveled high enough for their maximum benefits.

You also must have a decent computer, decent Internet connection, and not have any lag/FPS issues. We also use Ventrilo during raids and speak English, it is necessary that you use Vent and a microphone, and be able to effectively communicate during raids.

Could you please explain your reforging? Specifically why you've refogred into and out of Hit and Mastery.

Spec looks alright (hard to mess up Ret Pally).

You don't have a lot of HardMode experience in any recent tier. This is the kind of content we clear. Will you be bothered or put off by consecutive nights of wipes on new bosses?

Bear in mind that melee DPS is already at a disadvantage this expansion and it could be that you spend half the week on the bench. Would this be an issue?

Your UI is inefficient. I could give a fuck what add-ons you use, but at least make good use of the space on your screen. The only reason I see for your bars not to be on the bottom of your screen is because you have like 2/3's of your important abilities unbound (Spare me of the BS that they are and it isn't showing, you don't have bar one showing and the others not showing).

Additionally I won't say your numbers suck without seeing actual logs of bosses, but I do know our ret does higher numbers on Occ making use of the AoE opportunities the boss presents. I'm not saying no, but I would really like to see parses and hear the explanation of why many important abilities aren't bound. I'd rather not see you waste the money to transfer here, only for us to find out you're another ret that can't bubble or use the abilities we need you to in a timely fashion.
