You're still confusing friends rank as raiders. Most of them have troubling remembering their password much less not dying in a 5 man.

If anyone here knows how I recruit ( and as well as jackslammer ) its typically through just talking to people, not spamming shit. Thats always been enough believe it or not.

Obviously it hasn't been enough because you guys have had problems filling a raid (and keeping it full) for years.

Yes, I am referring to raiders. And no we haven't had problems filling raids, sometimes we have to wait a few for people get home that get tickets!

But really, it sounds like you're ignoring half your guild based on the results of the xfer poll (though I'll acknowledge there were some alliance votes that were trolls). Even if its beneficial to xfer, some people don't want to pay the xfer costs, especially for alts.

I certainly wouldn't be holding my breath expecting you to change your mind. You are stubborn like that. Go and trudge ahead into the unknown and leave people behind.

I've listened to most input, and I feel that I am making the best recommendations that can be made for the group. While most people agree, we do however all have our concerns and worries, mine actually reflect most of what has been said. I am not ignoring them, to do so would be foolish and I'm not an idiot. I realize I usually do a pretty good job conveying myself, sometimes its bit more difficult because of time constraints. My 2 year review is due soon and I've been kinda focusing on that.

Yes, I know that price is an issue which is why me and multiple others are willing to help cover those that can not afford it.

Being a leader does require some stands to be taken occasionally for the benefit of the whole, you can view it as being stubborn, but I do feel that based off everyone's input and my own that were doing whats best for all of us. I try my best to listen to everything, sometimes I act on emotion in spur of the moment situations but on long term items I typically think them out.

As always you guys are my family, and I'm always willing to do whatever it takes to keep us together, even you sanderz.
