I'm 26, male, and have 188 days played on my mage.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY (your main should be able to respec and play any spec on the fly):
I also play a Holy/Ret pally. ilvl is around 378 for both specs and I play both well. I have a 85 disc priest that I pvp on, but is still currently on horde side. I was 2200 last arena season.

For most of my WoW career, I was on Horde side on Sargeras. I was an original raider in one of the oldest guilds on the server (Bunny Slayers), then switched to The Wrecking Crew and took part in the horde first Nef kill in BWD. I was with The Wrecking Crew for ~3 years before I finally left to continue raiding. I was with several horde guilds from then on including Invalid (Horde's most recent top guild from last patch) and Bloodlines (Late night raids). Around July of this year I made the switch over to alliance due to horde being a ghost town. I joined up with Band Reunion Tour for a bit and then started to raid with I am the Tuskarr. A few weeks ago I finally made it into the guild I wanted to join when I 1st transferred (Origins), just to raid with them for 1 week then they decided they weren't going to raid 25m anymore. I got some excellent H Rag experience in the short time that I raided with them. Many phase 4 attempts. Currently I hold a core raid spot in Insight, which is a new guild made up from some of the better players on this server. (We reached p3 on H rag in our 1st attempt as a guild). Unfortunately, people are not showing up which is making it hard to get anything done.
6. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Tuesday and Wednesday, during progression we will raid Sunday and/or Monday as well starting at 8 ST and ending when all encounters are defeated, if you can’t make these times please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make every raid. For the 3 months I was with Tuskarr, I posted 96% attendance.
7. Post a screen shot of your UI and/or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding?
I use DBM, recount, x-perl, and atlasloot.
8. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
Honestly I just want to be a part of a top raiding guild. I feel that I have the skills/time to be an excellent core raider. I always know what I'm supposed to be doing, always show up prepared and on time, and provide excellent feedback/suggestions to help beat encounters. I have extremely high situational awareness and know how to maximize my dps while adhering to the mechanics of the encounters. Give me a shot and you won't be disappointed, I promise.
