Most guilds that are actually decent at progression are full or nearly full. My gear isn't spectacular but I believe that I can preform at the highest level, and will be expected to do so. You all seem to be a very good guild that expects the most out of their players. If I don't satisfy expectations in my trail raids I won't be expected to be invited to the next raid.
