I also don't mind overloading on healers, since we only have 6 right now and can get easily fucked if one or two doesn't show. Rather than making our DPS heal when someone doesn't show, it would be nice to have a Healer that can DPS when not needed.

I entirely agree, I mean do we even have any DPS that can off-spec heal right now? Oldspice, Repriesal, Splerks, Snowzz, Taylorswift, Trunk, etc.? We haven't asked or needed them to heal but are any of them capable and willing to heal when we are short healers?

If you were coming back to the raiding of this game you would already be on Sargeras and in guild with a raid spot and you know it.

Mostly we have relied on Talith and Plare in these situations. We've kind of fallen away from pushing off-specs. This is something I think we can improve on (myself included).
