Phase 1
Just like normal for the most part.

Everyone will be under the boss, except soakers. Soakers will be in a stack off to the back left of the raid and will take turns hitting orbs. We will be 4-10 bounces.

Soakers will be: Mages, spriest, and Rootbear with AD one and GS. should only need 4-5 soakers and maybe a back up.

Debuff will be healed do not remove.

Phase 2
Extremely different from normal.

Will be 3 different adds up .
Claw of Go'rath: 2.3M
Flail of Go'rath: 400k
Eye of Go'rath: 1.1M

We will be split up into 3 add killing groups and a Tank group.

There will be a square, triangle, and diamond groups.

Flail die first. only 4 of them. Square will kill one, Triangle will kill one, and diamond will kill two.

Eyes Die second 8 of these. Square will kill 3, triangle will kill 3, and diamond will kill 2.

Square and Triangle will be mostly range and healers.

Diamond will be Melee with heals.

Squares Priority is: Flail>>Killing Eyes(multi-doting if u can)>doting tank claw if u can>doting other claw>then boss.

Triangle Priority is: Killing Eyes(multi-doting if u can)>dps'ing claw down on their side> stacking on boss.

Diamond Priority is: Flail(2 of these so will be half on one and half on the other)>>Killing Eyes>>killing tank claw and stacking

If non tanked is still up when we need to stack the soakers and range will finish it off.

Tank Group will be tanks a heal and maybe a rogue or 2. boss will be tanked on the right claw.

During early p2 we will need to blow tanks raid walls and other healing cds. and keep yourselves alive anyway that You can.

From What we had last night.
Tanks: (2)Rootbear, Abec
Range: (9)Hyclox, Zugdik, Splerks, Mini, Doomkin, Zaith, Krynn, Ford, Benn.
Melee: (7)Zugdug, Ryzu, Blet, Sylvaa, Shisty, Duckiee, Zance.
Heals: (7)Almond, Jack, Talith, Conio, Plare, Voke, Kiango
Sitting or fucking off somewhere else: Myndor, tobee, oldspice. and more I just don't remember who.

I would like to make the groups be something like:

Square: Almond, Voke, Splerks, Hyclox, Krynn, Zugdik, Ryzu.

Triangle: Jack, Kiango, Ford, Mini, Doomkin, Benn, Zaith.

Diamond: Talith, Plare, Shisty, Duckiee, Zance, Blet, Sylvaa.

Tanks: abec, Rootbear.

left over: Conio, Zugdug( these two will be helping were need or on tanks and tank claw)

Be in mind all this can and probably will end up changing so listen in raid.

Thought we established last night that there were 5 flails. (purple / blue in the front, red / diamond in back, and green in very back).

i think your map is oriented 90 degree in the wrong direction. if i am looking at his correctly, we enter the map at 10 o'clock where the island is

also, the boss gets moved to a claw (say, the south claw) halfway into p2, no? why not have 2 melee groups, 2 range groups, and a tank group, with a healer in each dps group and 3 healers in tank group? before the start of each black phase (as the ball is going to the boss for the last bounce), the melee dps groups each move to a south flail, and the range groups each move to a north flail. melee groups dps south flails and south tentacles, range groups dps north flails and north tentacles

i am a bad priest though that's why i like small groups so i don't have to heal outside them

also i see some videos where they don't need 6 immunities or whatever per phase 1. if you make your raid spread out in a loose clump about 5s across the ball just rolls back and forth across the whole raid-clump with the damage spread out, and then they split up for the last bounce as they go to their assigned spot and a guy solos the last bounce

There is a lot of ways to do it i just thought 3 groups would be easier to heal that 4. and Bouncing can be done many ways really up to how we want to do it.

We found 3 groups to be better than 4. Melee cleaving off boss to claws is a big dps gain.

Also used Mage/spriest for soaking.

First time did 10 bounces, subsequent phases did 8. The key is making sure you transition right before the debuffs go out.

You can make him go into aoe phase at enrage and milk an extra 30s of burn. Raid CDs here to live through the massive sustained aoe.
