You'd be surprised. We just dragged Aragon (DPS warrior) through Dragon Soul, and had him pick up a bunch of gear .. he went from mostly 5man heroic stuff to around 390ish? Then again, he was basically the only protector token user picking anything up.
You could also consider moving the better geared druid back here, and moving your other druid to his server. If that's a possibility, let me know. Either way.

I can pay for the xfer of the undergeared one (even though it's quite premature compared to when I was planning to xfer her), but you'd have to wait until I could buy the faction change. I was going to move her to mug'thol horde to play with canuck friends, but I'd rather be back in the wlph fold.
I miss voip hilarity.
