5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. What is your raid experience (Vanilla WoW, TBC, Wrath [List All]): Pre Bc, Mc, BWL, AQ 20, ZG, ony, got a couple bosses of both AQ 40 and Naxx 40 before BC came out, In BC ( b4 they nerfed all bosses) 4/4 TK 6/6 SSC, 4 bosses in BT and 3 in Sunwell. And in wrath I’ve completed every heroic instance possible and have experience with 2D Sarth, have yet to have a guild willing to try 3D more then one day. (have attempted for 4 straight hrs, I know what to do).
I've played this game since the beta and i got the original a week after the game came out, been playing it since then with hardly any breaks i enjoy and strive to be the best in every game i play, and WoW is no exception i love being better then other people and playing with people at my skill level.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Was previously on nathrezim, switched on over to Scilla because I was unhappy with my guilds progression, was in Clockwork until they decided it’d be a good idea to stop raiding just before Ulduar, making the guild fall apart, and I’m currently in The Unknown to get some raids done and because I have a couple buddies from Nathrezim in the guild. They are a decent guild but I’m looking for a guild that will be able to hit ulduar hard and get shit done.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday, if you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): N/A

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are!
I take pride in being the best dps possible, and I’ll be the one running my head into the ground to get shit done, and always being prepared with the best enchants/gems and consumables out there. Gold is not an issue.

9. Post a screenshot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding (Screenshot prefered.) ARE YOU A CLICKER Y/N? Not a clicker unless I’m pissed during pvp or when using spells that I don’t normally use.
Since my thumbnail is a no go, i use Hitmode, Grid, Omen3, Recount, Pally Power, Pitbull, DBM, oRa2 and SCT

If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? I’ve always wanted to be apart of WLPH even when I was in nathrezim, no guild can be like you guys, no guild drama, very skilled players, very good progression, and having fun while doing it, now who wouldn’t want to join a guild like that?

In a couple of my previous guild I assigned buffs and was sometimes in charge of healing assignments, but that’s way back when I was a healadin.

12. In regards to Ventrilo, do you have a WORKING microphone? Do you actually USE IT in a raid situation?
Working mic with a backup headset, I use my mic in fights that I’m required to communicate to do whatever that needs to be done.

ya before I comment anything else, your hit rating stands out

firstly hit cap is a lower priority than strength and ap as a ret paladin currently

secondly the hit hap is 8% or 263 rating

and you have 9.91% or 325 rating, wtf is the reason for being over capped or even itemizing for hit at all?

I'd expect any applicant to have the gear and ability to play any spec at anytime in any current raid. Hell I'd expect you to switch between at least two specs whenever necessary with dual spec in Ulduar even.
