That bit about the dog seemed a bit much. I didn't see any overt force there. If the officer just yanked the dog back, it woulda taken a good chunk of that guy's body with it.

But it totally looked like they planted that shit on that guy. Which is pretty shitty. But then again, the images are unclear as fuck and the news story edited in a way that didn't seem unbiased at all. It would have been interesting to see the guy's reaction to the weed. That could definitely be telling.
