Youtube has a pretty good video editor, so is the free windows movie maker, if you have a mac, the mac one is amazing too. If you need effects, sony vegas.

If you are using your phone or something simple like that, you can just reshoot and upload to youtube in a meaningful order and be pretty well off.
If you are looking for a longer single feature film then id head either the vegas or a simple windows moviemaker as abe suggests.
Im pretty interested. If you just demonstrate a few of the movements then post the routine Id be more than happy.
Also have you found any way to recreate the kettlebell in the higher weights? IE DIY kettlebells

My favorite is bowflex selecttech dumbbells, powerblocks are good too. Kettlebells aint bad either.
