5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
never really raided in TBC. Other than the innitial learning curve, i havent really had any difficulties with Naxx or OS, though i have yet to attempt OS with any drakes up. I've had some issues with sucking on Maly Phase 3, but i'm still on the laerning curve for that one, only run it a few times

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
was a friend in WLPh on Nath. quit the game for a while, got back into it after you'd xfered, so i brought my toons to scilla as well. Good friends with Lorake in RL and wanted the chance to join WLPh as a raider.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I enjoy doing the best dps that my gear allows. I am still working on upgrading my gear, so i know i wont top charts, but i certainly wont suck it up. I try to have the best enchants/gemming for my gear, and will spend the money to chant them even if i expect to replace them as soon as possible.

Joined as a friend on Lorake's invite, been working on gear since then, i believe i'm geared enough and playing consistantly enough to be upgraded to a raid member, and would like the opportunity to participate in the main/progression raids.

I was impressed when after a pug run u hunted me down and had me put the best enchants on all the main and off spec gear you received, you even have the exalted Sons of Hodir inscription already! Wish I could say every one of our main raiders did this.

You also were already in the guild as a friend's rank and decided to app for a raid spot, I also wish any friends rank that wants to raid does the same.

Your app is great, you're gear is decent, you're a friend of Lorake's, and we need shadow priests!
