Thanks for applying, your gear and app look pretty decent. I noticed a few things I disagree with such as gemming/gearing for mp5 and what you said about overhealing. But nothing major. Can you explain more about being a clicker? Also I see your character is female, are you a girl irl? :lol:

The reason i geared for mp5 rather than spirit was because of 2 reasons. 1 because every so often, i like to play disc. & we all know that disc priests do not benefit from spirit like holy priests do. 2nd reason being, regen from spirit was nerfed in 3.1. & the loss i take to spell power from not having sp/spirit gems is negligble.

topping overhealing meters is fail =P so i try my best to be at the bottom of overhealing while still being the top or close to top on healing.

& finally me being a clicker. no not always but sometimes, on easy fights. i think i clicked my way all thru nax. but i dont click in malygos or 3d sarth, or in ulduar so far.

The reason i geared for mp5 rather than spirit was because of 2 reasons. 1 because every so often, i like to play disc. & we all know that disc priests do not benefit from spirit like holy priests do. 2nd reason being, regen from spirit was nerfed in 3.1. & the loss i take to spell power from not having sp/spirit gems is negligble.

I still think spirit is better than mp5, but if you are itemizing for regen intellect is the superior regen stat with a replenishment and similar to spirit it scales with talents, abilities, and buffs unlike mp5.

Overhealing doesn't matter unless players are going OOM are assignments are off. I value raw HPS more than effective HPS on encounters that healers have no mana issues. Overhealing is better than finishing an encounter with mana left over if you ask me.

As for a priest spot in guild, we are trialling a priest currently and we're fairly satisfied with his performance. You're gear, app, and performance all appear great for WLPH but the priest spot is still up in the air right now.
