I unfortunately don't have one, the only thing I can say in its place is that I've cleared multiple bosses in ulduar 25 and on all of them have been at the head of the pack or close / competitive on dps.
5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Most difficult encounter I did was Kael in tk before they nerfed his hp and lady Vashj at the beginning of BC. I found those encounters the hardest because they required full raid coordination to complete sucessfully (ex. throwing orbs on vashj and splitting the raid to fight the various subbosses on KT), rather than just requiring the heals to spam heals the dps to push their attack keys and turn off their brains.. My raiding history isn't particularly impressive as Pre-BC I only raided casually in a guild part way through AQ40 and in BC I left part way through BT to return to college full time. However in Wraith I cleared all content and attained Glory to the Heroic Raider. (I dunno if you would consider it much, but I hope it will show I'm at least competent)
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Nullify on Mal'Ganis - 90% of the time I'm happy there, but there is a real tendency for some people to lose focus during raids over a four - five hour period which leads to some frustrating ends to some otherwise fun nights. I'm also leaving Mal'Ganis because a number of my friends are coming to this server.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make all the raid times, I'm also in EST and the latest class I have ends at 6 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I've been a dps warrior since six months after the game launched and aside from a gap when BT/Sunwell came out I have been playing the game non-stop since then. I love playing a dps warrior and really strive to do my best at it, I usually lead the pack in dps atm or I come close, I always come prepared to raids both in terms of flasks etc and raid strats. I'm a really laid back guy that can follow directions during raids, come fully prepared and I love to stay overtime. I like my class, a lot, I'm always looking at the math-stuff(theorycrafting) and striving to play better.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
The name was a big thing... General vibe I got was that this is a guild where I'll have some laughs and where things will get done in a timely manner.
11. Add anything else you think we’d find interesting (such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, you are Kalgan’s alt [Fuck that guy], or anything else noteworthy).
In a previous guild on Mal'Ganis (Reckoning) I was a raid officer and called some bosses and I do raid assigments on some bosses in my current guild when needed.
12. In regards to Ventrilo, do you have a WORKING microphone? Do you actually USE IT in a raid situation?
