1. Your age, gender, and time played:
Age 17, male, I've played since prebc when zg, ony, mc, bwl were the main raids.
2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY:
Determine is elemental/resto dual specd.
Aspiration is survival
Frost/Unholy for Projectdeath although my gear for dps is a bit sub par.
I just hit 80 about a week ago on my shaman, so i'm still trying to gear him some more and waiting for a bit better gear for the best enchants. I just bought my epic mount so money isn't laying around on my account for the best enchants on sub par naxx10 gear.
3. Armory links (mandatory):
Projectdeath- http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... ojectdeath
Determine- http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... =Determine
Aspiration- http://www.wowarmory.com/character-shee ... Aspiration
4. Any WWS or WMO links or other clear indication of your performance in a raid (recommended):
N/A most raid where wws was running I was usually tanking, never had a threat issue.
5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
The most difficult fights I've encountered would probably be Lady Vashj or Kael'thas, both required high coordination raid wide and they weren't fights where you could come in blues and carry people easily. Skill was required.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
I haven't been in many raiding guilds much before, I mostly tagged along with friends or my brother in others in guilds as a friends rank most of the time and just raided whenever i got the chance. I was in wlph prewrath on my paladin for awhile I wasn't a raider exactly do to the fact that Frost and I shared a computer and he was usually on for raid times so I never really got the chance to apply or anything. I've done a lot of pug naxx runs with wlph and I'm active in guild runs whenever I have a chance to get into raids or just heroics with guildies.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I'll be able to make all raids, I'm usually free all weekdays 7pm-1am server weekends most of the time as well unless I've made previous arrangements.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I always take pride in topping meters, staying sharp during encounters that require maximum focus, and doing my main task. I'm always trying to see if there's anything I can do to improve myself whether its my rotation, gems, enchants, gear I can get from another instance etc..
9. Post a screenshot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
I don't click, key bindings are just hidden, I don't even understand how people would click and play effectively.
10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
I joined wlph because my brother was in it to start and I knew a few people as well, I've been friends rank and I've done runs with some of the main raiders whether it be the pug naxx25 or just heroics and 10mans. Most players in the guild are good at what they do and try to make it a great time while still progressing at maximum efficiency and that is what I want to be a part of. I've never had the best chance to be in a good raiding guild yet I know that I have the skill required to be a great raider. Now that I do have a chance I want to take it.
11. Add anything else you think we’d find interesting (such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, you are Kalgan’s alt [Fuck that guy], or anything else noteworthy).
Haven't been an important aspect of any guild :| but I have always been interested in being an officer or cl, just need the right opportunity.
