Pancakebus - Deathknight - Frost / PvP speced.

I haven't raided with a serious core group since BC. I can't find any of those WWS reports from back then.

5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Kael'thas Sunstrider (Pre-nerf) Was just an insane fight before the nerf, we sucked at getting positioning down but once we got it down it was easier. Still the boss that i was stuck on the longest.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
I've been on Scilla since day 1. Been with <Virtue> since TBC started and they are a great bunch of people but i want to raid and they have filled the lock spots. A while back my computer broke and i was forced to wait for a while to get parts. After i had gotten my stuff put together and running again they had recruited others.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I will be able to make any raid day that is required.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
I am a pretty sufficient DPSer but what i pride most is the fact that i take the time to learn fights and i don't stand in stupid shit or forget to use my trinket on archimonde. If stuff like that does happen to me i never repeat it. Someone can be 1st on damage but if they die 3-4 minutes into the fight what good are they?

9. Post a screenshot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER? I fail at thumbnail and no i dont click i use macros and keybindings.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?I was told you were looking for a Warlock and i am assuming you want someone who has past experience even before WOTLK and TBC. Despite not having talked to any of you very much i haven't heard many negative things either.

11. Add anything else you think we’d find interesting (such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, you are Kalgan’s alt [Fuck that guy], or anything else noteworthy).I beat 4 pallies, 4 mages and 3 Warlocks for Azuresong Mageblade.

Few points/questions.

1. Why are your boots gemmed with 16 hit?
2. Why did you take mana feed over 2/2 master summoner?
3. Your spec is sub par to many other warlock specs. You could attain higher DPS with a spec such as deep destro, 40/31, or deep affliction. However, you are 41/30 which is still a some what viable spec, and your off spec is PvP. I would strongly recommend making your offspec PvE related, as we are a PvE guild.

Overall, I'd say you are a great applicant. You have the bad shoulder enchant, but with a few dailies and turn ins I think you would be a solid addition to the guild.

to answer your questions Burlock:

1. I was farming Saronite ore, which i then prospect, to switch over all my gems to spell power because i wasn't hit capped at the time i got the boots. That is my last slot i need to switch over so ill be doing that today.

2. Due to Avoidance i rarely if ever have my pet die during a boss fight. Mana feed seemed right as to assure that my pet would not run out of mana if the group makeup was not ideal for mana regen.

3. I seem to do very well with my Felguard however i am definitely open to suggestions / tips of improving my spec. I was looking at switching my second spec to Affliction because it seems that for some fights it may be better than Demo/Destro.

due to unforeseen circumstances i won't be raiding until after may. Sorry for the inconvenience i may have caused. I was waiting until it was definite that i wouldn't be able to raid until i said anything.
