5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: The most difficult boss I've done would have to be Sarth with 3 drakes up. Not much in Wrath has been too hard so far.

Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: I joined Redemption at the beginning of Wrath and recently decided to leave for some personal reasons that I'd rather not post in a public forum. If you'd like me to go into detail feel free to whisper me in game. You can use Destinyhunt as a reference, he's one of the officers in Redemption.
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): That is pretty much the same schedule I had in my previous guild so it works out great.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: Sure, everybody takes pride in topping meters in some sense but I don't think anybody should take pride in not letting a tank die. It's a healers job to keep people alive and if they can't do that then they shouldn't be raiding. I take pride in showing up to a raid prepared without my head in my ass.

If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? I am looking for a raiding environment that knows how to have fun and can also kill some internet dragons.

Add anything else you think we’d find interesting (such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, you are Kalgan’s alt [Fuck that guy], or anything else noteworthy). I did healing assignments for my last guild Redemption. My current rotation depends on what I am doing. If I am raid healing I put renew up on the raid while keeping PoM and CoH on CD, then I flash heal for serendipity stacks and use PoH. For tank healing I pre cast flash heal to get serendipity stacks before the fight then I keep PoM and renew on the tank while keeping the tank topped off with flash heal and greater heal when needed. Currently, I am gemming for Intellect for a bigger mana pool and also so I can get more MP5 during the raid via replenishment.
My specs right now are 18/53/0 which I use for raid healing and it includes mental agility. For tank healing spec is 14/57/0 and it includes inspiration, surge of light and test of faith. My professions are Inscription and I just dropped herbalism so I could pick up Jewelcrafting for the prismatic gems.
Also, WoW Armory seems to be bugged and says I have 2k spell power but I have 2.3k spell power without innerfire. Thank you for taking the time to review my application.
