on a side note
i rendered the fraps video with megui as per a few guides i found on the internet which turned the fraps footage from like 10gigs down to a whopping 108mb but when i go to do some editing with sony vegas and bring the length down to around 17 seconds. I go and try to render it with vegas and recieve files that are 3-4g in size

any one have any clue on what in the fuck is going on, or if it is even possible to just use vegas to edit the clips and add music without having to fuck with the video besides that? or if there is anyway to do that in the first place

you can just use vegas to edit the clips and add music. Works fine.. and I usually used 4 gig chunks. It's a bitch to load and render, but in the end it's all worth it? >.>
