Dual specced and well geared for Resto. Was Resto all through TBC. Have 3 80 alts, but they'd all be staying on current server.

5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
Personally, Vaj. It was the first progression raid encounter I came up against that the Guild I was in didn't have on farm at the time. More objectively though I'd say 3D is the hardest I've downed and Yogg is the hardest I've come across.

Had left <Steel> to try and find Raid times that fit my life better. True to my word when SR times didn't fit any better than <Steel>, I left a more progressed SR and returned to <Steel>.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): Not a problem.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are: I take this game way too seriously some times. I'll spend over an hour dicking around with spreadsheets as opposed to using Rawr. I love trying to outheal/outdps those around me (so long as it doesn't detract from my role). I watch Omen like a hawk and loving pushing up against the tank in Vezax without pulling aggro.

9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?
Recount, Xperl (I know, I know), Omen, DBM, Grid for healing.

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
The Guild I was in recently split up, but a bunch of us are at least trying to end up on the same server which happened to be Saliva or w/e it's called. I saw you guys were looking for Druids and looked progression minded, so I apped.

Man I would've auto invited if you used Rawr. Anyway we're in desperate need for resto druids and would only really need a balance druid as a back up unless Hitshade wants some time off to get his work stuff handled. You seem very competent though and if you're interested in mainly healing again we'd probably have a raid spot for you.

Gear isn't terrible, a few minor things could use replacing. The cheap chest enchant needs to go.

Looking over the raid reports your dps is generally within ~1k of my own. Obviously it will get better with upgrades but its easily passable for the content, so I wont fuss about it.

Like Frostitude said though, as balance, you would generally be raiding backup. (Im around just about all the time, so unless I start slacking or something, it would be difficult to get you into raids on a regular basis). If you dont mind raiding as resto again, the odds of securing a raid spot would be a lot higher.

I really want to stress my above points, but I am happy to give you a trial should you decide to transfer.

Yeah, for sure my gears still a ways from where I'd want it. I'm still missing a few BiS items from preuldy. I have the same 4 tier pieces you have actually, I just don't have a trink to replace dying curse with. So, it'd put me 130 or so overcap.

I really have little interest in main spec healing again to be honest. I'm just throwing apps out there seeing if I get any good bites, but even if I do I'm pretty sure I may just take the summer off. Eat, drink, be merry and all that shit.
