5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
- I've been up to mimiron in ulduar and experienced every other fight, I know it all, I just can never get in a guild//group compitent enough to work with eachother long enough to down a boss. I have looked up video's, strategies, and everything of that nature about every boss in ulduar. Naxx is a joke, same with sarth//maly. But to answer the hardest time i've ever had with a guild is a tossup of Mimiron and Auluryia.. but don't judge me on that. Mimiron, well because he's hard, and I've done him only about 3-4 times now. The only trouble our fail guild has on crazy cat lady was pulling her, we would wipe so many time's just because aggro was so mixed up. But again, that isn't my fault.
6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact:
I've only been 80 on Nathrezim. Guilds:
-Haywire: I left them about a month before they finally broke up. One reason of leaving is they had a 10man naxx raid one night, going for undying. The raid leader was really cool at first and then started drinking. I'm not going into details, but by the end of the night we we're on Anub Reckan (or whatever) with him, me, another dps and a healer. He thought "hey no problem my voidwalker can tank him and dist can just dps him down". We obviously didn't get undying. Also, just every good player in Haywire was leaving, and everyone that stayed was so lazy they couldn't get 2 wings of naxx done in a night.
-More Dotz: I was in after Haywire because a friend of mine was the guild master, they we're doing good for a new guild, about 4 days after they made it they had 2 10man naxx groups. One day in naxx i was playing around with some other guy and he thought he couldn't pull Gothik by getting to close, and you needed a range to do it. Well he got to close and pulled, and he then said I did it, so everyone somehow believed him and i got kicked. I got invited back shortly after, but passed.
-Hymn: Was in it for about 3-5 day's, then they broke up.
-Blackout: At first I was excited to get into blackout, even before I hit 80 I heard good about them. They had a good amount of people, and I thought they we're more cohesive than others. WRONG. I joined, and the first few ulduar run's i here Donkay and Daewar FREAKING out on vent, they threaten to kick everyone from the raid and guild when they screw up a little bit, and at first they we're very intimidating, then everyone just stopped caring when their best members we're leaving to Unicorn Army. About 3-4 member's in a week left to them, and they couldn't do anything. They tried to recruit, but didn't do well. Then one night in a 25man Vault group, after 3 wipes they down Emalon and hunter 8.5 legs drop, so I bid a good amount but whispered it, instead of putting in /raid. This is a giant problem, being with Donkay's rules you have only 20 seconds to bid on an item. A second late I do the bid in raid and it auto-awarded to another hunter, and I just got really pissed off. That, again isn't the only reason, but it pushed me to the edge of /gquit'ing.
-WELCOME: BEST GUILD EVER. 5 MEMBERS IN IT ACROSS 3 ACCOUNTS. (I expect some of you guy's from Nath to know Welcome).
7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
I can make it, only reason I can think of is a family emergency, or event going on that would leave me maybe an hour or so late. Overall it's a great time for me.
8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Uhh, I like my misdirect macro? ^.^.
Well really I've played this hunter since pre-bc, in a very successfull guild that had AQ20 on farm, and downed C'thun. I can say that I'm not the best, being the timing of me finally leveling to 80, and the fact that I haven't been in a GOOD guild. At the moment any guild on Nathrezim that has impressed the realm, is Unicorn Army, Retribution, and In and Out, all with no need for a hunter at all. Bad luck, I blame it to really. With any successful run, things i need never drop, or I lose a roll//bid to. I weekly look up hunter blogs, guides, opinions, I respec and test myself for things suchas rotation's that work best for me. I can say that alot of hunter's just copy what any other top hunter does, but don't realize that everything as a playstyle for a hunter is different for every different person, I work hard to find the exact right thing that matches me. I come prepared always, I can watch myself and do not need to be babysit, atleast after I get an understanding of a fight.
9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
Well you we're the best thing that ever happened to Nathrezim, I have been following your progressing for a long time, and the fact that you all have a sense of humor is just relieving. I can't stand an uptight guild that focuses on discussion of only about how great they are at their class, and just show's off. I mean you all probably do, no offense, but you guy's seem pretty laid back, but know when to be serious. I know some of you guy's, and you obviously have proven to be a guild that work's together and doesn't struggle on simple thing's like naxx, but know's to still not be lazy about it.
