Igzy - 80 TTW/Fire Mage - Crushridge Transfer

I have 2 other friends that are apping with myself, 1 is a mage, and 1 is a resto balance druid that have similar raiding experience as myself and can perform to your expectations. They are both very skilled players but are lacking gear because they were in my 70 twink guild but decided to level up prior to the release of 3.1

1. Your age, gender, and time played: I am 20 Years Old, Turning 21 in August, Male, and have been playing my mage since beta.

2. List any alts and off specs you have gear for AND CAN PLAY COMPETENTLY: I have an 80 rogue on Korgath named Eckk, I am also guild master of a level 70 twink guild on korgath and have a few 70 twinks that I play quite often. I have a stamina set and can play survival frost for fights such as Freya+3 and Vezax H.Mode where I can get about 30k HP raid buffed and can stay alive through pretty much anything.

I do not have a recent WWS of my performance, but I can promise at least 6k on non-gimmick fights and above 10k on fights such as Vezax and Hodir Hard Mode.

5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?:
I would have to say that pre-nerf M'uru was the fight that gave me the most satisfaction in downing, simply because it was such a complicated encounter to play as a healer [I did it while playing a resto shaman in BC] that when we finally killed it, it was one of the few fights that I have genuinely felt good about having under my belt.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Those raid times work for all 3 of us.

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
Myself and Lightemup both have exceptional abilities when it comes to situational awareness and pulling exceptional DPS. Truckz is a very gifted healer and even though his gear is lacking, I have seen him top meters against fully geared Ulduar healers and because he is very big into PvP, he also has very good situational awareness.

9. Post a screen shot of your UI (Thumbnail Please) or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER?

10. If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there?
We have been thoroughly researching what guilds are looking for two mages and a restokin druid, and after seeing that you guys were looking for just that on WoWProgress, we decided WLPH was the guild that we all agreed on that would suit us best, after looking at your front page, and seeing that you guys are a serious guild, but obviously love to have a good time, that only made our decision even more concrete.

11. Add anything else you think we’d find interest, such as you’re a GM, you recorded WWS for your old guild, you were an officer or did assignments in a past guild, tracked DKP and distributed loot, or anything else noteworthy
Lightemup and Myself have both held officer roles and have distributed loot.

I wish that I could, but actually what happpened is that I had the Hodir staff up untill about a week ago when my roommate thought that I would be absolutly hilarious to delete it, and when I asked the GMs if they could restore it they told me that I had reached my restoration limit on my account, since it has been hacked a few times back in BC, and that they weren't able to do anything about it

And because of going on vacation and being very busy with work this past week, I haven't had a chance to get a Turning Tide or Firesoul or anything yet, so it's the best I could do for the time being.

Deleted Rawr along with my wow folder so this is some napkin math. Replacing the Hodir staff with his current setup:

Current:

49 Hit
24 Crit
41 Haste
374 SP

This yields the following values using the conversions: 26.3199272 hit/1% 45.90596679 crit/1% 32.78991947 haste/1% and 166.666 int/1% crit

1.8679% Hit
.8828078544% crit
1.250384% haste
374 SP

So we can make an analysis on how he itemized with the staff, lets just say he used 9sp/8spi gems in the staff for the sake of easy calculation:

With staff:

111 Stam
128 Int
104 Spirit (100 + 4% from SotM)
104 Crit
695 SP

So his totals become: (Too lazy to add in mp5)

Balancing both sides to find difference:

With staff:

- 1.250314 % Haste
- 1.8679% Hit

(Spirit and Int were both converted to Crit % and factored into Crit Calculation)

His current stats are:

891 Stam
1028 Int
549 Spirit
2036 SP (Counting 200 from illustration assuming he doesn't let it fall and presets)
11.44% Hit
33.67% Crit (When I looked at armory he had neither AI nor Molten Armor so they were added into calculation)
10.49% Haste

Swapping in the staff then yields:

937 Stam
1096 Int
653 Spirit
2357 SP
9.57% Hit
37.07 % Crit
9.24% Haste

So still pretty short on the hit cap, but with some minor shifting around you should have no problem reaching the cap with only minor drops in your other stats.
