I'm just not having fun anymore.
Dont want to go on a rant here... but that sentence pretty much sums it up. I'm tired of failing at content we cleared over a month ago. Im tired of the bitching on vent. I'm tired of bitching about the game. I'm tired of listening to the people bitching about the people who bitch about the game. I don't care what time of year it is, I don't care if people think the majority of CL's "aren't pulling their weight". Blaming problems on CLs as far as I'm concerned, is a load of horse shit at this point. This server is inundated with WLPH recruitment, having another 15 CLs join in isn't going to accomplish anything. If you don't agree with me, so be it. (I don't come to the pug so I'm not in a position to pull people from there, Ive made a recruitment post, Ive bumped existing recruitment posts, Ive recruited several druids and I'm probably starting to take this CLs fail shit more personally then perhaps I should be)
I don't want anyone to rub anyone the wrong way here, I like a good number of you. I simply cant enjoy a game that pisses me off. Raiding is the only thing I found any joy in. That joy has been diminished by the atmosphere of the guild (during raids) lately. Things are all sunshine when the guild isnt raiding... but considering I have only really logged on to raid for the last few months I feel like Ive been getting an overdose of aggravation recently. I feel disappointed that the majority of nights I now find myself saying "fuck, I don't even want to raid... its just going to piss me off".
Bottom line is, I'm going to take a week off and reassess my reasons for playing this game.
That being said... I wont be surprised if I cave and log in on Tuesday looking for a raid spot... Just like burlock.
