In note pad search for the word "sacred shield":
You will then see the following entry:
[58597] = 6, -- Sacred Shield (Paladin) proc (Fixed, thanks to Julith)
underneath this just type the following:

[86273] = 6, -- Illuminated Healing

And click SAVE.

Reload WOW. And enjoy!
