I have to go in and cover for a "sick" employee tonight. I wont be around until 10, assuming I make it at all.

By sick... Im quite sure what I actually mean is "21 year old who realized what day it was and would rather go out drinking than work. Forcing me to cover for her ass on my day off because all my other employees are already working today."

Also i was never able to do wlph pugs because i was always saved to guild runs. if you would like i am willing to do a pug.

5. We are a raiding guild and are usually in the top 100 guilds in the US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL encounters and hard modes currently in game! In your opinion, what is the most difficult boss encounter you have ever defeated and why?: i have done up to sindragosa in icc however i know all the fights the most difficult boss encounter i have ever defeated has to be... illidan back in burning crusade and it was because we had wiped on him for weeks haha but currently it has to be rotface 25 only because my previous killed could only get up to him on 25 man. Although i hope to change that.

Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving, also include any references we may contact: previous guilds were soup de jour i left because even though they are all great people as a whole they are not going to be progressing im the type of player that spends alot of time playing my toons i show up to all the raids and there is not to much of that in that guild which is why i am applying here i feel it is a great fit for me organization cool website everything fits. If you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying): i can make all the raid times they are ideal for me exactly what i am looking for i always show up for raids and am eager to down bosses not very gear focused more for downing bosses although gear is nice don't get me wrong. All days are great to. I never do not show up to raids!

8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are:
what puts me at the top is the leadership yet the ability to follow and my skill as well. Of course i take pride in topping the meters although i take more pride in executing boss fights and downing bosses i never pull aggro i keep a good eye on my omen. What divides me from the rest is my supreme dps i am a very laid back player very mature although i do like to joke around as well and exactly what you are looking for for your guild. give me a try and you wont regret it.

9. Post a screen shot of your UI or a comprehensive list of mods that you use for raiding. ARE YOU A CLICKER? i am not a clicker i feel that to max out my rotation i need to keep the keys used quick so i am constantly casting although sometimes i click depending on the situation. i use recount , omen sexy map sometimes, titan panel, bartender, x-perl sometimes usualy not in raids to prevent lag i am of course willing to download any add ons that i am required to download i couldent get a picture of my ui because none of the websites would upload .

If you have thoroughly answered the following questions and you are confident you are what we are looking for, you have a good chance of being trialed, but we'd like to know why you want to join us? What made you choose us over the other guilds out there? i would like to join you because with the amount of time i spend on wow and the effort and heart i put into it i need a guild that reflects me and i believe that this is that guild i would love to get in there and be raiding with dedicated people that don't give up i wanto be downing bosses i wanto compete with top guilds i wanto down bosses. and i wanto join WLPH also i love the way the guild works the website just shows the effort of the guild and how its organized i can see my self in one of those screenshots with everyone else. i am only allowed one tag per post, but id like to point out that in the past weeks i have decided to play my druid as equal as my mage, so im working on its gear and enchant/sockets its missing, even though i have downed 11/12 in 10 iCC, i consider my self a great healer and it overrides the gear that im currently wearing. (even though its not as bad)

Don't Have any sadly. 8-10k single target dps on mage depending on the fight.

I found Heroic Twins hard, since i was usually a soaker, but other than that i haven't had much trouble with other hm fights. i expect hm icc to be challenging, since normal icc is a complete joke, with the exception of LK, which only requires a lot of coordination.

I'm currently on Simplicite due to the fact i have rl friends there, but since they only raid once a week i find it worthless staying in this guild as my buddies leave as well.
I have played a troll Mage and hunter on shattered hand, and a dk/druid on cho'gall.

I can make the times, they fit with my schedule and if i see a time where i cant make it, i would make sure the officers would know.

I consider myself both a chill and serious raider, i can turn on my serious and profesional mode when encountering bosses, and can assume important cc positions, as well as top charts. As a mage i do take pride on both topping meters, and watching my aggro. i know we burst heavily for a period of time and have the ability and tools to know when to tone it down. what separates me from the rest, would be my flexibility in playing a Mage to its fullest, and being a capable and good healer on my druid.

I use a bundle of addons called Roth UI (diablo theme) i have been using this for the past 3-4 months and i have grown accustomed to it. i move my raid frames to the center when healing on my druid. recount, dbm is also included in my addon folder.

For one, your raid times fit my student/working schedule perfectly. i am also hoping to join your guild as i have been in 2+ wlph pugs and have seen it been led preaty profoundly. i am also tired of playing with below average players and not downing any bosses, and you seem to be the answer to my problems.

- In my opinion, of the encounters I've -personally- defeated, HM Twins was probably the worst.. Mainly due to the fact that we used the 'stand in the door' strat and I was ones told to stand outside and soak. My role itself wasn't necessarily difficult - it's just that the timing for the healing CDs and guessing which one it would be never seemed to go right the first few times. I'd imagine that the HM encounter for Putricide, Blood Queen, and Sindragosa would be more difficult, though.

- I'm currently in <Decerto> of Misha. We have stopped raiding progression as a guild, and it's an amicable departure.. Multiple raiders are looking for a new home. Any of the officer core there can be contacted. Virikae, Murannan, Pars, and Discover are all available.

- My raid performance is one of the things I take most seriously in WoW. I'm proud of knowing the intricacies of my class, being tasked with the odd jobs like kiting Blistering Zombies / tranq'ing Shambling Horrors, and I make it a priority to monitor the encounter from a wide perspective in order to try to help out in the case of unexpected circumstances. Well timed Misdirects, add control, knowing the mechanics of boss fights well are mandatory for me. In an effort to understand the rest of my fellow raider's abilities, I read up on their classes in addition to my own, spending hours on EJ / the WoW forums / with spreadsheets trying to learn as much as I can about the raiding scene. My alt paladin contributes to this, as I can learn encounters from the healing and tanking POV, as well. I'm the pally tank that will bubble/cancelaura myself to remove the 9-stack debuff I've got during a 10man Fester fight when the 2nd tank has picked him up and died, just so I don't blow up and we can continue. My raid awareness extends to my hunter, increased by the the fact that I can just 'sit back and watch' at times.

- I'll admit that I did find your guild from sorting on WoWProgress based on those recruiting for my class. However, I fell in love with your guild's front page. <Decerto> had a fun-loving attitude mixed into their raids, and I'd love to be able to find that again in a new raiding home. The times are good, I have work and school in the morning hours which prevents conflicts, and I want to continue raiding through ICC where I left off.
