5. We are a raiding guild and ended TBC top 200 US; it is expected you have raiding experience and know ALL fights you will be brought to. What is your raid experience (Vanilla WoW, TBC, Wrath [List All]):

We have cleared all of "Vanilla" (that's cute) WoW. I'm sure I don't have to name them all...or should I? Molten Core, BWL, AQ's, and ZG. We have cleared all in TBC; Kara, SSC, TK, BT, ZA, Hyjal, and some Sunwell experience. We have cleared all but 3D OS 25 man in Wrath.

6. Previous guilds/servers and reason for leaving:
Alright where to start? Starting out we were in Seraphs of Ruins: GM transferred guild broke up. Then after that we were in Empire: Main core raiders transferred or gquit...guild broke up. Thirdly we were in N of L; do I have to repeat myself? GM transferred, people followed, guild disbanded. After that we were in Brethren. Natalea got a ton of raid time. Scoorp did not. We like to raid together and if there is going to be one of us sitting, Natalea prefers. Scoorp is the relentless raider of the two of us and I enjoy the nights off or time off if there isn't room. We left and joined back up with our fellow Empire members that did not leave server to form "Forgotten". After free server transfers we took on a guild transfer. They went all emo on us for no apparent reason and gquit after awhile. Guild mergers never work out. Forgotten disbanded sadly. So now we are in Malevolent. They are a great group of people. The only problems we are having is progression wise. Scoorp and I like to kill big bosses. We do not like to listen to "We are going to fail. We suck. Our players are horrible. (screaming, yelling, etc.)" from the officers even before the raid starts. It has made it a very unenjoyable gaming experience to have to listen to this QQ'ing over and over again. Again other than that great group of people and we have highly enjoyed ourselves so far, but listening to vent during raids shouldn't make us want to cut ourselves.

7. It is assumed you will be available from 8-12 ST (Server Time is EST) Sunday through Thursday, if you can’t, please explain why you couldn't make our scheduled raid times (or why you even bothered applying):
Of course since we are app'ing we can make it.


8. Explain what specifically puts you at the top? We raid to be at the top and expect it of all our members. Do you take pride in topping meters, never letting the tank die, never pulling aggro, etc.? What separates you from the rest? Be specific, this will be a major indicator of the kind of player you are!

We are punctual, dependable, good listeners, helpful, can take GOOD CRITISM. We are adults and have a child which makes us great players just in itself-no childish stupid crap. We play together for a hobby and for somethign to do together. We play to kill the next boss, loot is always a great reward, but we are not loot whores. Scoorp usually always is in the top three on the dps meters in the guilds we have been in. I am a great healer that can keep anyone up within reason. If we don't know a fight, we research it. If we suck at it the first time we encounter it, we will never suck again. It usually only takes one look at a new fight to understand it. We KNOW THE DANCE IN NAXX and don't die to it. We bring consumables and whatever flasks we need to each and every raid no matter what it is. We both have at least three characters so we know a wide variety of classes and abilities. We can contribute to raid discussions with ideas on how to fix problems. And with all of this in consideration....we have personalities and know how to laugh!

Neither one of us are clickers. Natalea has a mouse over raid frame mod and Scoorp has everything bounded to something or another. I don't know what the heck he has going on there. I try to move him in Dalaran and I ice block!

We want to join a guild that is making progress, that is going to stick together, that know what it's doing, and can work together as a whole. Your world standing shows you are just that.

Scoorp and I have been raiding since pre bc in Molten Core, BWL, and all AQ's. We transferred to this server when BC first came out. We have cleared ALL pre-BC and BC content. We are married and have a four year old. In our current guild we are brought in for achievements and when good dps and healing are needed. We have knowledge of all fights and just want to find an end game guild to progress with. We are good players and would love a guild that would reflect that.

Let's see...I'll just give a little background info on us. I, Natalea, am graduate college with an Associates in Polysomnographic Technolgy....lol! Sleep tech dealing with sleep disorders running sleep tests in labs third shift. Scoorp is an carpenter. We have both been playing for at least three plus years now. We have a four year old son who also plays and levels our characters (he also has a rogue) for us...if that's not hardcore then I don't know what is! His name is also Hunter...wish I could say it was because of the game, but it's really not. Anything else you want to know just ask. Mage, FFB spec 0/53/18, 450 JC, 450 Cooking, and 450 Enchanting. A spec that i have wanted to try is a fireball spec (18/53/0 or 20/51/0), but i need to get more hit first I will respec in anyways that the guild wants me to. In order for me to try a fireball spec i need to get Bracers and Instructor Raz and cloth chest from 10 man malygos. I believe the hit cap for that Fireball spec is around 340.

http://www.wowmeteronline.com/combat/2293498 eventhough it shows me only doing 4900 actual dps, the msot dps i have ever done on patch is 5600. When i did do 5600 dps on Patchwerk, it was when i was just messing around with a double IV spec (0/50/21).

In Vanilla WoW, i did half of MC and Ony on my war before i rerolled a Mage in TBC. In TBC, i did every raid except SWP. But after the nerf to the raids i did do SWP up to Twins. In Wrath, i have done all raid content released so far including 3 drakes. Still haven't done 6 min maly yet .

Stormscale: Death Note: guild fell apart for some reason right after we downed 3 drakes.
Scilla: Clockwork: been struggling to get a full 25 man raid going for a couple weeks. Resulting in us pugging each week.

i can make those times every week. The only reason for me not making them would be some real life reason that just suddenly came up.

I do take pride in topping the meters. I always strive to do my best in raids. I always keep a very close eye on my Omen Threat Meter so i don't pull aggro off the tank.

The only things i do click are my macro for Combustion+IV, Spell steal, Ice Block, and my potions. Instead of me using decursive i found a way to decurse by using Grid and an addon called Clique. Other addons that i use are Atlasloot, DBM, Omen, MSBT, Recount, Bartender 4, Omni CC, Rating Buster, Quartz, Pitbull, X-Loot, and Prat.

I chose this guild over any other guild because i feel this guild can be a good fit for me. I have also heard many, many good things about this guild. I have heard that this guild is a very good pve guild, as well as, a very good pvp guild. I also hope that if i get accepted, that being in this guild can help me become better at pvping as well. I also chose this guild because i want to have fun while also taking the pve race very seriously.

On my old server i was an officer in a guild before i was in Death Note, but that guild fell apart too. I always show up prepared with flasks, spell food, mana pots, speed pots, and will be bringing Fish Feasts to every raid once i go out and farm the mats to make them. Also, I don't mind going after achievements. Some achievement that i have done so far that i am proud of are 25 Man 3 Drakes, Dedicated Few (10 man Naxx), and Spore Loser (10 Man Naxx). I also don't mind taking criticism. The criticism actually fuels me to become better at being my class.

I do have a working microphone. I do use it during a raid session when i am prompted to. Whenever i raid i usually am completely quiet over vent and try to never interrupt anyone talking on vent.

This is the formula I used to 'reset' DKP from Sunwell to WotLK, taking into consideration lifetime DKP, standard deviation, a reasonable mean amount of DKP, and an adjustable coefficient. This resulted in incentive for players to still show up for Sunwell however any new player with no DKP could catch up usually with in one raid. This 'reset' just gives first dibs to players who were most reliable before the 'reset'.

Loot Rules:
1 Tier Item Limit per person.

Tally System
For each fuck up during a boss fight and for each item you take, you receive a tally. Offspec gear counts as half a tally. Main Specs > Offspecs. If there are multiple people who want an item, the person who has the least amount of tallies will get it, with the tiebreaker being the roll value. This will guarantee the item spread for people who show up to the runs. All people attending will start with 0.

Construct Wing is always first, and poor DPS/bad healing will be removed from raid by the end of Construct Wing. BE READY TO NOT SUCK.

Invites will be done with a priority based on previous WWS performances and our general knowledge of your play.
