Gear, gems, enchants, etc. are fine.
Experience is a little lacking, mostly Algalon and 25m heroic experience I'm looking at.
Attendance needs to be 100%!
I have no idea why it says we are recruiting a ret paladin, because we don't have a spot for one, so you'll have to talk to Abec or Voke more about the actual spot.

Is that why mininolan is constantly getting replaced? because he disregards what he is suppose to do on a boss fight just to improve his dps? and we wipe because of it?

That's Cool, I was always intending to get off Smoldersuck anyways. Dead server so even if you don't need a pally for any spec right now, being friend rank is chill; and I will be on most likely during your raid times and if something is needed I'll be happy to help fill the spot, and step out when they get on.
