U GEM ARP WHEN U CAN GET LIKE 1200 PASSIVE WITH GEMS
AND U ONLY NEED AN ARP TRINKET WHEN U CANNOT ACHIEVE THAT 1200 AND IF U DO HAVE AN ARP TRINKET U ONLY WANT AROUND 73X ARP SO THE REST DOESNT GO TO WASTE WHEN UR TRINKET PROCS AND U GET HARDCAP OF 1400

gemming arp and agi are still close enough that the difference between the 2 is negligible

ICC gear is retardedly loaded with ArP, you can hit a good amount by default as long as you gem it.

that they should be close enough that it doesnt matter as long as after you can achieve around 900 arp you gem purely arp
