Actually, I don't think so. There have been a few times when the other Pally died early in Phase One and I just figured we were hosed. But every time it has not been an issue.

I believe that we can totally do this with one Pally. There are only two things that would need to be done to make it happen. One, Twig would have to help out just a little more with the tanks. And two, someone else would need to do the Cleansing. I've done it since day one on this Boss and have done it even as Ret with no problem. There has got to be one other person in our entire fucking raid capable of counting to 4 and then pressing a button. I would probably need a couple of Vates as well.

The advantage of dropping a Holy Pally (besides whatever DPS gain we can get out of Gaybec) is a much stronger Frostmourn phase. Holy Pallies are virtually useless in there since my only insta-cast heal is on a fucking 6 second CD.

A downside would be potential issues if I got picked up by Valks. But the other healers should be able to pick up the slack if I called it out.

I think it's worth an attempt or two at least to see how it goes.
