she and dist will have entire conversations of only pictures

we currently raid with 0.5 resto shamans
your app doesn't look retarded, but your logs don't tell us much (there are no hard or healing fights in there, and a bunch of overhealed fights)
i think you are going to get trialed by fire on tuesday on yor'sahj pulls

I was on a bad server before... I think we had one guild across the whole server doing heroic content through 4.2.
And my current guild didn't have the bodies to fill the raid with (progression-wise)
So that's my awful excuse.
I'm loving the mana-intensiveness of Spine, though, and Madness is cake. I already know about purple blob = "oh god don't AoE heal what are you doing" and I'll be sure to refresh myself on the strategies before raid time. Smile
