Game looks horrible...didnt GW2 come out?

I bought GW2 over the weekend, made a character and played maybe 15 minutes before I quit. Game control was frustrating in that it was different from what I was used to and I didn't know anything about anything.

I haven't given it a fair shake yet though, so I'll probably put some more time in this weekend and see how it goes. Graphics were amazing and character creation was interesting. I also like the fact that they went full 3D. One of the things I didn't like about the old GW was that you couldn't jump, or walk down hills or anything like that.

the biggest thing i dislike about the wowkillers that come out is none of them have the control/fluidity of wow, i spent maybe 2 minutes in gw2 before i quit

I had the same reaction when I played WoW, I was so pissed off that I couldn't right click spam like in diablo and back then you started with a SLOW 2h mace as a paladin ( like 3.8 second ), shit seemed like an eternity.

LOL - The exact same thing happened to me when I started WoW. And with the Paladin too. I play a Paladin in WoW because I played a Paladin in D2. And one of the first things I did was trade that slow 2-hander for a fast 1-hander and a shield. It did like half the DPS, but it felt better. :lol:
