I attended a PTR raid, shouldn't I be on that list? If not, I'm sure there's a good reason, I was just inquiring to see if I could work my way into some DKP. Thanks.

Or less. The intention here is to reward the people who put in the time in 3.0 and on the PTR with first dibs on the first drops in the new instance. After that, it all normalizes out.
