Fuck that, we did what we've done for the whole instance. Brute-force mechanics until the stars align and then managed to not fuck up in a crippling manner. I personally think that's the best strategy because it let's people continue to be lazy as shit.

How to Kill Heroic Shannox.
1.) Mage specs frost
2.) #showtooltip Deep Freeze /cast [@focus] Deep Freeze
3.) Mage sets rageface to focus
4.) Mage stand next to Crystal Prison
5.) When Rageface Rages mage uses macro above
6.) Rageface gets trapped
7.) Raid moves to next position (out of three)
8.) When Riplimb is fetching spear etc he is slowable so SOMEONE do something to him. Frost mage mentioned earlier is best.
9.) Collect Loot
Frost mage can be repalced with Arcane Mage, but I prefer frost as DF is instant and your permafrost slow is better than the spell "Slow" for Riplimb. Also you're moving a fair ammount and have more survivability for when rageface is beating on you.
It took the guild I was with this week 5 attempts after never having done the boss before uding that strat.
Also, the Archmage isn't quitting.
Edit: This strat depends on tanks knowing how to use cds properly so they don't die.
