I coulda had a 40 meg DSL pipe through our local phone company (Qwest LOL) but apparently my house that was built like 4 months ago in a brand new neighborhood only had phone line run to it that can handle 3 meg?LOL

North Korea may have more 'bandwidth' per user but their network stability is by far the shittiest. Besides if only 15 people in the US had the internet, they would insane speeds for cheap.
